Outside back Solomon Alaimalo enters his second season with the Gallagher Chiefs.

Auckland-born, Solomon has performed exceptionally well in the Mitre 10 cup for Northland, catching the Chiefs coaches' eye. 

He capped off an impressive debut season, scoring two-tries to win the 2017 Rookie of the Year at the Chiefs awards, before following that up with more good performances in the Mitre 10 Cup where Northland reached the semi final. 

With a talent to read the game, Solomon will look to develop his already promising skills with a wealth of experience in the Chiefs squad to learn from.
